Prawn curry

    Ingredients
  1. 1 1/2 cup Prawns, sheeled and de-veined
  2. 2 small potatoes, chopped
  3. 3 small brinjals, chopped
  4. 1 sweet potatoes, chopped
  5. 1 radish, chopped
  6. 1/2 cup chopped white pumpkin pieces
  7. 3 drumsticks
  8. 2 small onions, sliced
  9. 1 tbsp oil
  10. Salt as per taste
  11. 1 tbsp lemon juice
  12. Make into Paste:

  13. 1/2 cup coconut grated
  14. 1 bunch coriander leaves
  15. 1/2 tsp red chilli powder
  16. 1 tsp turmeric powder
  17. 1 tsp corriander seeds
  18. 1 tsp cummin seeds
  19. 4 garlic flakes
  20. 5 green chillies
  21. 1/2" ginger
  22. 1/2 tsp garam masala
Method:
  • Heat the oil in the vessel
  • Put the grounded masala and simmer for a minute
  • Add the chopped vegetables, onions and prawns
  • Put water and salt and let it cook
  • Keep the consistency of the curry as required by adding more water
  • Add lemon juice to the curry
  • Serve hot with rice
