Malai Mushroom

    Ingredients
    1. 250 gms fresh button mushrooms
    2. 1 cup milk
    3. 1/4 cup maida
    4. 1 onion, chopped finely
    5. 1/4 tsp ginger paste
    6. 1/2 tsp garlic paste
    7. 1 cup tomato puree
    8. 1 tsp cummin seeds powder
    9. 1/4 tsp black pepper powder
    10. 1 tsp red chilli powder
    11. 1/2 tsp turmeric powder
    12. 2 tbsp oil
    13. Salt as per taste
    14. 1 tbsp fresh cream
    15. Chopped corriander leaves

    Method:

  1. Clean mushrooms and cut into half.
  2. Heat oil in a pan
  3. Add onions and fry till golden brown
  4. Add ginger-garlic paste and simmer for 1 minute
  5. Add tomato puree and simmer for 3 minutes
  6. Add all the powders and let is cook for 2 minutes
  7. Add mushrooms and salt and let it cook till 1/2 done
  8. Add milk and let it cook till gravy thickens
  9. Garnish with fresh cream and corrinader leaves
  10. Serve hot with roti or rice
